Public Facing Interface - External User

Info

Do not log into nCORE, the complaint form is found on the public facing interface.

On the Public Facing Interface, click Report Incidents, Pollution, Unauthorized Activities.

When clicked, a complaint submission form will appear.

Click Begin Form Entry and , complete the complaint form.

Once the form is complete, finalize the submission and submit the form.

Once the submission is complete, a submission confirmation will appear.

Internal Interface

After a submission is sentuser submits the complaint form, the user’s submission will be found on the internal interface under submissionsSubmissions-All.

When the user clicks open, they will be able to view the complaint form details.

The user will need to update the workgroup and processor to continue the submission process.

Once the user updates the workgroup and processor they need to click save.

The Internal user will also have the option to add or modify:

  • Workflows and Tasks contacts, and program components.

The internal user will also be able to view the initial submission under the documents tab.

The internal user also has the option to manage the submission and review the form.

When the user clicks Manage SubscriptionSubmission, it will direct the user to another page where they will be able to view , review, print, download, or view the forms confirmation.

Once the internal user has reviewed the complaint and completed the necessary actions they can then update the status of the complaint by going to the top right hand corner and click update status.

The User will need to make sure all requirements are met then the user can then change the status to complete.

Once the user changes the status to complete and close the complaint.

they will need to enter the decision.

Once the decision is updates, your status will be updated.
