Overview
For programs that utilize environmental projects, it is often necessary to designate a relationship between a project and an a submission. An example of this would be linking a Trust Fund application to indicate its relationship to the project. Users have the capability to designate this relationship by selecting a submission and associating it with a master project. This has proven to be beneficial for programs that deal with remediation of Storage Tanks, Brownfields, and Dry Cleaners as they tend to employ environmental projects.
Associating a Submission with a Master Project
To associate a Submission submission with a master project:
Search for and open the Master Project master project that the application relates to.
Click the Linked Submissions tab. A list of submission(s) submissions already associated with the master project will be displayed.
Click the Link Submission button. A page will appear for the user to select any submission tied to the site of the Master Projectmaster project.
Find the submission to relate to in the list. Click the Relate button. Note: The user has the ability to Relate relateone submission at a time.
Manage Related Submissions
For a submission that is associated with the Master Project the user has the ability toa master project, the user can:
View the related submission
Remove the association to the submission (unlink)
View the
relatedRelated Submission
To view the details of a submission related to the Master Projecta master project, click the Open button for the related submission. The Submission Details page for the associated submission will be displayed.
Remove an Association to a Submission
To remove an association to a submission:
Select Click the Unlink Submission icon for the submission to unlink
Upon clicking, a dialog displays which reads "Unlink Application?" Select Click Yes to confirm and remove the association.
