Creating a Fine

When in a compliance action, navigate to the Fines tab. There, a fine can be added that will create a payable charge within nVIRO. This will show up as a charge as soon as the compliance action goes to In Effect status.

The charge will show in the Financials section of the external user’s site.

The options to pay will be configured to show in the payment section on the fine.

Generating An Invoice For A Fine

If the agency user wishes to create an invoice for the fine, this can be done while in the fine under the Documents tab. The invoice document shown below must be configured in nVIRO before this will be available for use.
