Displaying Site Name in nFORM Submission Header

For nVIRO implementations, it is a good practice to configure nFORM forms to display the submission’s related site in the submission header. This provides important context to the user about which site the submission relates to.

When implemented, it will appear as follows:

To configure this, enable the “Alternate Identifier” settings in the form designer:

For best results, the selected Alternate ID Control will be prefilled with the Site Name by tagging the control SITE_NAME and enabling prefill on the form.
