Enhancements / Changes

Dashboard / External User Pages

  • Enhancements to Summary Modals: Updated the Permit summary modal to include Permit Change Forms link when available. Other modals (Permit, Evaluation, Compliance Action, and Environmental Projects) were updated to include documents and linked documents.

Contacts

  • Allow Users to Delete and Restore Contacts: Contacts now can be deleted and restored directly from the contacts list. If a contact list screen has one or more deleted contacts, a "show deleted contacts" checkbox now appears, allowing the user to view deleted contacts and restore them.

Compliance Actions

  • Copy Component Form in Supersede Wizard: The 'Related Actions' page now includes the ability to copy Program Component records from superseded Compliance Actions.

  • Editable Compliance Action Resolution Fields: Added Resolution Date and Description as editable fields on the detail page (configurable on the Compliance Action Type). Resolution date is not automatically updated.

  • Component Validation: Compliance Actions may require completion of required fields in associated components before status can change to "Issued" or "Entered".

Financials

  • Multi-Line Fee Support. New functionality in nFORM provides the ability to configure calculation of multiple fees on a single submission form. nCORE has been extended to support these as "Fee Schedules". When configured as a fee schedule each fee is integrated as a receivable line item mapped to a fee type. For payment processing, each line item is passed to the Payment Processor allowing the user to make a single payment against those charges. Note: This processing requires the payment processor to support multiple fee line items.

  • Payment Confirmation Page Improvements: Added “Total Amount Paid” field and improved labeling.

  • Invoice Due Date: Users can enter a due date for invoice sets, which is retained and shown in financial records.

  • Custom Number Display: Custom submission reference numbers are displayed if available.

GUI - Navigation, Routing, Usability, Styling

  • Notification Charm Unread Alert: A red dot indicates unread notifications.

  • Contact Edit Improvements: Improved usability for phone number entry and layout.

  • UI Improvements for Public Notice, CSO/SSO, Chemical List Search: Removed wasted space and improved scrolling and formatting.

My Tasks

  • Selectable Environmental Project Specific Columns: New columns (Project Activity Category, Start Date, End Date) available for selection.

  • Performance Tuning: Improved database performance for My Tasks, Submission Versions, and C&E Documents tab list.

Permits

  • Permit Auto-issuance Notification Expansion: Notifications now include additional contacts with “Notification Recipient” affiliation.

  • Toggle Features Tab Display: Configuration to hide the Features tab for certain permits.

  • Auto-select Current Master General Permit: Automatically associates reissued coverage versions with the latest issued MGP.

Public Notice

  • Search List Refinements: Combines related data into single columns for better readability.

  • Comment Character Limit Increased: Public and internal comments expanded from 2048 to 4000 characters.

Record Retention

  • Create .zip Files for Archival: Archive tagged records/documents to downloadable zip files.

  • Retention Rules "Runs" Page Enhancements: Download and verify archived content before purge.

  • Automated Purge of Approved Records/Documents: Bi-weekly purge with traceability and logs.

  • Site Purge: Allows purging of sites after all related records are approved for deletion.

Regulated Entities (Sites, Persons, Organizations)

  • Edit End Date on System-Generated Site Alternate Names: Users can now end-date alternate names.

Schedules

  • Recurring Schedules Child Date Formats: Child schedule items update when parent date format changes.

Security

  • New ManagePermitEvents Role: Grants edit rights to any permit regardless of status.

  • Auto-Disable Inactive External Users: Inactivates users after a configurable inactivity period.

  • API Key Expiration Date: Admins can set expiration dates on user API keys.

Site Plan

  • ESRI Format Support:

    • FeatureLayer Protocol: Displays layers using FeatureLayer protocol in Site Plan and Explorer.

    • XYZ (Tile) Spatial Layers: Supports new tile layer types as non-base layers.

  • Enhanced Site Split: Moves permit and all versions to a new site, including history.

Submissions

  • Submission Package-Level Signatures:

    • Configuration for certification statement and signing behavior.

    • Download COR from Submission Package screen.

    • Sign Submission Package with certification and validation.

  • Business Day Calculation for Admin Complete Due Date: Configurable to use business days/holidays.

  • Auto-Revert Unpaid Submissions: Unpaid submissions revert to Draft after “PAYMENT_DUE_DATE”.

System Actions / Notifications

  • Last Login Date Trigger: Triggers notifications based on last login.

  • Notification Not Sent Reason: Displays reasons for failed notifications.

Document Management

  • Document Deletion Confirmation: Warns about link deletions only if linked to a different record.

Document Templates

  • Schedule Template Preview Streamlined: Limits preview search to schedule submissions.

  • Generated Document Name Enhancement: Option to prefix with parent record's identifier.

  • Schedule Standard for Documents Datasource: Includes Compliance Manager and project contact info.

Toxic Chemical Screening Levels

  • Air Toxic Chemicals Public Page Enhancements: Updated filters, renamed footnotes column, added contact info.

nSPECT / nSPECT Integration

  • nSPECT Administration Menu: Opens nSPECT Web (Admin) app directly from nVIRO.

nFORM / nFORM Integration

  • New Form Designer. The form designer has been totally overhauled for improved user experience, efficiency and productivity.

  • Multi Line Fee Support. nFORM will support multi-line fees with independent calculations for each fee.

nSPECT

  • New version of nSPECT Downloadable Application. A new version of the nSPECT downloadable application is developed with support for iOS, Android and …wait for it… Windows!

  • NOTE: Web inspections will still be available during release 2025.1, but will not be supported. Web Inspections will be fully phased out in 2025.2. It is advised that clients move to the application in conjunction with deployment of 2025.1.

nSITE Explorer

  • New Version of nSITE Explorer. A new version of nSITE Explorer is developed with multiple enhancements including the ability to configure detail tab data displays (as single records or lists) from nVISAGE. The user interface for search/filtering is revised.

nVIRO Data Hub and nVISAGE

  • Integration with Site Explorer. nVISAGE report definitions are now used to configure Site Explorer profile views and filters.

SLEIS Integration

  • No new integration.
