Submission Target Statuses
Overview
Users can view source and target statuses associated with different form types on the Submission Target Statuses page. Submission status transitions are shown for audit purposes only and cannot be edited.
Searching Submission Target Statuses
To view all available status transitions for submissions by form type, navigate to Admin > Lookups > Submission Target Statuses.
The following information is displayed for each transition.
Column | Description | Notes |
|---|---|---|
Source Status | The initial submission status. | Statuses are configured in the database. |
Target Status | The new submission status. | Statuses are configured in the database. |
Applicable Form Types | The form types to which the source and target status combination applies. |

Effective Date Option | Whether an effective date is required when making the status transition. |
|
Reason Description Option | Whether a reason description is required when making the status transition. |
|
Decision Option | Whether a decision is required when making the status transition. |
|
Applicable Decisions | Available decisions, if a decision is required. | Decisions are configured in the database. |
