Inspections List

The Inspections section of the nSPECT mobile app lists inspections on two separate pages: My Queue and Unassigned.

My Queue

The My Queue page shows a list of inspections assigned to the logged-in user. Each inspection can contain several inspection forms, depending on the type of inspection being conducted.

Inspections are listed along with key details related each inspection, including Site Name, Inspection Date, Inspection Type, Site Address, Status, and Score.

Status

Description

Complete

The inspection is complete.

Not Started

Indicates that the inspection has not been started.

In Progress

The inspection has been started.

Reviewing

A review was requested for this inspection, and is currently assigned to the reviewer.

Sync Conflict

On occasion, the device may encounter a conflict which prevents synchronization. The status will indicate that the inspection has a conflict of information on the same inspection. This may occur when the same inspection record has been opened on two separate devices.

 

Sort By

To rearrange the order in which the inspections are organized, click the word representing the current sort type in the top right corner. For example, in the following screenshot, the list is sorted by date, so the user would click Date to open the Sort By menu.

A drop-down menu is displayed, where the user can choose how to sort inspections.

Click the option you wish to sort by.

 

Adding a New Inspection

If there are no inspections in the queue, the user is prompted to create a new inspection by clicking Get Started or by clicking the plus sign.

When offline, adding a new inspection is possible only by creating a new site which can be synced to an existing site.

Unassigned

The Unassigned tab lists inspections that have yet to be assigned to a specific user. To assign inspections to the logged-in user, first click the checkboxes next to the inspections you wish to assign:

 

An Assign to Me button appears in the top right corner. Click Assign to Me, This moves the inspection(s) to the user's My Queue tab. 


Search

The search bar allows the user to search for existing inspections in the Unassigned list or My Queue list.
