Creating a Site (Online or Offline)

When creating an ad hoc inspection while offline, follow the process for doing so identified during implementation. This process varies by implementation based on business needs. Not following the prescribed process can cause integration failures and potential data loss.

Although a site can be created while offline, it cannot be edited until a connection has been reestablished.
