User Profile (nSPECT Mobile)
Overview
nSPECT provides the ability to conduct inspections in the field while online or offline using the nSPECT Mobile app for Apple iOS and Android. This page is focused on the user’s profile in nSPECT Mobile.
The first time the user configures the mobile inspection application, they will be prompted for their user credentials. Once logged in, the user can return to their User Profile to view details, logout, or change their password.
User Icon
At the bottom of the Inspection Main Page, the user will see a tab with a User Icon.
Select the user icon. The User’s details and the option to change password or sign out is displayed.
Item | Description |

Environment Name | The name of the current environment in which the user is logged, for example UAT-Local or Beta. |
Server URL | The URL for the nSPECT server. |
Username | The current user’s username. |
First Name | The current user’s first name. |
Last Name | The current user’s last name. |
App Version | The current software version of the nSpect Mobile app. |
Change Password
To change their password, the user should click on Change Password. They will be prompted to enter their current password and the new password two times, the two new passwords must match exactly.
Click OK to complete the process.
Diagnostics Icon
If an issue is identified, click in the top right corner. This icon will pull up a diagnosis page where the user can send logs to the nSPECT team.
When Send Diagnostics is clicked, it will upload the diagnostic information to the database for a Windsor developer to review.
Please inform the project manager or Windsor support team of the issue and that the Diagnostics file was submitted.
