Compliance Action Number Prefix: Added a user-friendly numbering scheme description to the Compliance Action Number Prefix.
Record Retention
New Functionality:
Scheduled Purge Processes: A scheduled process runs bi-weekly to purge records and documents that have been approved for deletion. This process includes automatic database backups prior to deletion, ensuring data safety and traceability.
Archiving Prior to Purge: Administrators can configure retention rules to specify that all documents purged by the rule should be archived to a zip file. This archive consists of a zip file containing metadata for the records plus the documents for archival.
Purge Execution and Traceability: When a record-level retention rule is executed, any documents related to the rule are also deleted. The purge process ensures that all actions are traceable, with detailed logs and history tables providing a clear record of what was purged and why.
Note: The Purge functionality is being rolled out for initial acceptance testing by the client who funded it. Once testing is complete, it can be made available for testing by other clients. In the meantime, retention rules may be defined, and records may be identified/approved for purge.
ADA Compliance
Contrast and Visibility: Addressed multiple ADA-related issues through increased button border contrast, site context contrast, input borders, and column filter contrast for ADA compliance.
Page Header Reflow: Fixed reflow so list page headers render properly at 320px width/1280px 400%.
