Repeating Section

• If there is a repeating section, it will have a number next to it indicating how many sections exist.

Complete Inspection

• After completing the last section of the inspection, you will see a blue checkmark saying Back to Inspection Detail. This will take you back to the main inspection page.
  
• When the user completes the form, they will select Mark Complete.

• When the user selects Mark Complete, a popup will appear asking the user to confirm. Once confirmed select Yes, Mark Complete.

• After the inspection is complete, the status will then be updated.

View Report

• After the current data has been synced with nSPECT, the user can download the report by clicking View Report.Image Added
• After the user clicks View Report, a new page will appear prompting the user to download the inspection. The user can download the inspection by clicking Download Inspection Report.Image Added
• Once downloaded, click Send to email the inspection to a select individual.

• After the user clicks send, they will need to enter the recipient's email address.

• After the user clicks Send Report their email application will open with a PDF of the report attached.Image Added

• After the user sends the report, they will have the option to Go back to report or click the arrow on the left hand side to go back to the inspection page.Image Added

Details

Violations

• When a violation is present in an inspection, a new tab will appear at the top of the main page called Violations. The number of violations present will appear in parentheses ().Image Added
• When the user opens the violations tab, a list of known violations will appear. Image Added
• To view the source of the violation, click on the violation.

• If the user clicks the plus sign on the right, the user will be able to add comments, see the date of the violation, capture GPS coordinates, or capture an image of the violation.Image Added
