nSPECT provides the ability to conduct inspections in the field while online or offline using the nSPECT Mobile app for Apple iOS and Android.
Forms
The user will need needs to select the form they choose would like to complete.
When a After the form is selected, a list of inspection questions will appear.

, when clicked,will pull up the forms in each inspection along with every section.

forms in the inspection and on the right you will see each section.inspections assigned to the site. On the right, they will show the sections within each form(s).
This allows the user to easily navigate through each form, and
allowsthe user is able to jump back and forth between forms and form sections.

Adding an Inspection Form
Click the plus sign on the top right corner.
Image RemovedImage AddedWhen the user selects the plus sign, a list of forms will appear. The user can select the forms they want to add.
Choose the form(s) that will be included in the inspection.Once complete, click the add button on the top right corner. The selected form(s) will be added to
include inthe inspection
, then click add.

To remove a form from an inspection, click the
3 dots… to the right of the form name.
Image RemovedImage AddedA pop-up will appear asking the user if they wish to remove the inspection form.

If there is a repeating section, it will have a number next to it indicating how many sections exist.
Image RemovedImage AddedWhen opening the repeating section, to add a new item, click Add New Item.
Image RemovedImage AddedWhen the user adds a new item, a new form will appear, prompting the user to enter the information.
EverytimeEvery time a new repeated section is added, a new form will appear.

When the user saves and returns to the main section, a list of repeating sections
appearappears.
To rearrange the order of the repeating sections, click the blue arrows in the top right corner.
Image RemovedImage AddedTo rearrarange the repeating section, the user will need to drag and drop each item. Then click save.
Image AddedDeleting or copying a repeating section
If the user wants to copy or delete a repeating section
click the 3 dots, they should click … on the top right hand corner of the section.
Image AddedA pop-up will appear prompting the user to copy, delete, or exit out of the repeating section.

After completing the last section of the inspection,
youthe user will see a blue checkmark saying Back to Inspection Detail. This will take you back to the main inspection page.

When the user completes the form, they will select Mark Complete.
When the user selects Mark Complete, a popup will appear asking the user to confirm. Once confirmed select Yes, Mark Complete.

After the current data has been synced with nSPECT, the user can download the report by clicking View Report.
Image RemovedImage AddedAfter the user clicks View Report, a new page will appear prompting the user to download the inspection. The user can download the inspection by clicking Download Inspection Report.
Image RemovedImage AddedOnce downloaded, click Send to email the inspection to a select individual.
Image RemovedImage AddedAfter the user clicks send, they will need to enter the recipient's email address.

clicks Send Reportenters the address and clicks send report their email application will open with a PDF of the report attached.
Image RemovedImage AddedAfter the user sends the report, they will have the option to Go back to report or click the arrow on the left hand side to go back to the inspection page.

If an error were to occur, the system will generate this error message and a Windsor Developer will access the issue as soon as possible.

When opening the details section, the user will be able to view the details regarding the inspection.
Note: The details section will only appear when an inspection is online.
Click Edit if any changes are to be made to the inspection details. To save the changes, click save on in the top right corner.

When a violation is present in an inspection, a new tab will appear at the top of the main page called, Violations. The number of violations present will appear in parentheses ().
Image RemovedImage AddedWhen the user opens the violations tab, a list of known violations will appear.
Image RemovedImage AddedTo view the source of the violation, click on the violation.
Image RemovedImage AddedIf the user clicks the plus sign on the right, the user will be able to add comments, see the date of the violation, capture GPS coordinates, or capture an image of the violation.
