The Violation Docket page provides information on the source of a violation and any actions related to the violation. To access the docket, click the Docket tab when viewing a violation.
Docket Columns
The following information fields are presented in the docket list.

| Name | Name and identifying information of the related record (e.g., the related compliance action, or evaluation that identified the violation. |
| Date | The date of the related record (e.g., issue date or completion date) |
| Processor | The processor who created the related record |
| Status | The status of the related record |
