The Violation Docket page provides information on the evaluations and compliance actions related to a violation.
The docket identifies the given violation's related evaluations and compliance actions in the Name column. The Name column indicates one of the following link types:
- Source Evaluation - The evaluation that first identified the violation.
- Source Schedule - The schedule that first identified the violation.
- Reviewing Evaluation - The evaluation(s) that reviewed a previously identified violation.
- Enforcement - Formal compliance action that references the violation.
- Compliance Action - Informal compliance action that references the violation.
To access the docket, click the Docket tab when viewing a violation.
Docket Columns
The following information fields are presented in the docket list.
| Field | Description |

| Name | Name and identifying information of the related record (e.g., the related compliance action, or evaluation that identified the violation). |
| Date | The date of the related record (e.g., compliance action issue date or evaluation completion date). |
| Processor | The processor who is assigned to the related evaluation or compliance action. |
| Status | The status of the related evaluation or compliance action. |

The Open button navigates to the detail page of the related record.
