nSPECT provide the ability to conduct inspection in the field while online or offline using nSPECT Mobile app for Apple iOS and Android.
Online Inspection
- On the main page, navigate to the My Queue tab on the on top right corner click the blue plus sign. This will create a new inspection. Image RemovedImage Removed
- The User should be able to search for an exisiting site to add a new inspection.

To edit a site click on the site name or click edit.
When the user clicks on the site it will open up the site information.

When clicking the Inspection Type drop down the user can select from a list of inspection types.Image Removed
When changing the schedule date, a calendar will pop up allowing the user to set a date.
After the site information is filled out click save.

Offline Inspection
Create a new site.Open nSPECT Mobile App
Open up the nSPECT mobile application on either a iOS or Android Device.

Sign into nSPECT with the username and password used when completing an inspection on the desktop application.

Adding or Selecting an Exisitng Site
Completing a form in nSPECT
- After the User selects a site, or adds a new site, they will then be directed to the Inspection Main Page.
The User will need to select the form they choose to complete.

After you save the site information the Inspection type and date will appear.
- Select the Inspection type
- Select the schedule date
- When you select date, a pop up of a calendar will appear.
- After the site information is saved, the inspection will open
- The Blue Arrow on the top left forner, directs back to the inspection list. The Icon on the bottom right indicates the inspection is not synced in the system

- When a form is selected, a list of questions will appear.

- After completing the section, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Next Section to move forward. Image Added]
The Blue Bar at the bottom of the page, when clicked, will pull up the forms in each inspection along with each form section. Image Added
On the left the user will see all the forms in the inspection and on the right you will see each section. This allows the user to navigate through each form and allows the user to jump back and forth between forms.Image Added
After completing the last section of the inspection, you will see a blue checkmark saying Back to Inspection Detail. This will take you back to the main inspection page. Image Added
After the User completes the form they can either mark it as complete or request a review.

When the user checks mark complete, a popup will appear asking to confirm.

Once the inspection is complete the status will then be changed to complete.Image Added

If the user sees a cloud next to the inspection, it means that it is offline and needs to be synced, to sync open the inspection and click the cloud icon on the left hand corner and sync. |
