nSPECT provides the ability to conduct inspections in the field while online or offline using the nSPECT Mobile app for Apple iOS and Android. This page is focused on the user’s profile in nSPECT Mobile.

User Icon

At the bottom of the Inspection Main Page, the user will see a tab with a User Icon.

Click the user icon. The User’s login, first name, last name and the option to sign out will appear.

Diagnostics Icon

If an issue is identified, click i on the top right corner. This icon will pull up a diagnosis page where the user can diagnose an issue.

When Send Diagnostics is clicked, it will upload the diagnostic information to the database for a Windsor Developer to log.
