nSPECT may be implemented as a stand-alone application or as an integrated component of the nVIRO enterprise solution.
Please refer to the nVIRO Evaluations and Inspections page for additional details related to inspections managed by nVIRO.
Overview
The My Inspections page shows a list of inspections assigned to the logged-in user.
Each inspection can contain several inspection forms, depending on the inspection being conducted.
Synchronization Status
The synchronization (sync) status between the browser and nSPECT server is shown in the first column. When synchronized, the information on both the device and the server match. Synchronization requires a wi-fi connection between the device and the server.
The status is represented by a dot displayed in either green or yellow. A green status indicates that the inspection has been synchronized and matches with the server. A yellow status indicates that there have been updates on the device that are not yet saved into the server (typically due to being out of range from a wi-fi connection or due to the device's wi-fi connection being turned off). Synchronization will happen automatically once a wi-fi connection has been re-established.
Inspection results can be lost if the user clears the browser cache prior to synchronizing with the server.
Conflict Resolution
On occasion, the device may encounter a conflict which prevents synchronization. An inspection with a site name highlighted in red indicates that the inspection has a conflict of information on the same inspection. This may occur when the same inspection record has been opened on two separate devices.

Depending on the inspection origin, the inspection can have any of the following statuses:
