The submission PDF copy of record file name can be configured to present itself in many formats. The default option will name the file to be the Submission Reference Number and the Version, but the file name can also be configured to show the Form Name + Site Name + Submission Reference Number + Version, or the Form Name + Submission Reference Number + Version.
Adjusting Submission File Names
for Exisiting FormsOpen up an exisiting form, and go to the form details page.

Image AddedSelect the format you wish to apply to the PDF File Name.

Adjusting Submission File Names for New Forms
Under the Admin menu click forms and select add new form.
Image RemovedCreate a new form, publish it, go to the form details page.
Image RemovedUnder the form details section the user will see a drop down called Submission PDF File Naming Scheme.
Image RemovedThe submission will automatically default to “Form Name + Site Name+ Submission Ref Number + Version”.
Select the format you wish to apply to the PDF File Name.
Click Save.

Start a new form submission.

Go to the submissions tab.

Open up the submission application details page.
Image AddedGo to the documents tab.
The user will see the submission pdf file name appear based on the scheme selected: “Form Name + Site Name+ Submission Ref Number + Version”
