nSPECT provide nSPECT provides the ability to conduct inspection inspections in the field while online or offline using the nSPECT Mobile app for Apple iOS and Android.
Open nSPECT Mobile App
Open up the nSPECT mobile application on either a iOS or Android Device.

Sign into nSPECT with the username and password used when completing an inspection on the desktop application.

Adding or Selecting an Exisitng Site
Completing a form in nSPECT
- After the User selects a site, or adds a new site, they will then be directed to the Inspection Main Page.
The User will need to select the form they choose to complete.

- When a form is selected, a list of questions will appear.

The Blue Bar at the bottom of the page, when clicked, will pull up the forms in each inspection along with each form section. Image Removed

When completing an online inspection, the application will automatically sync to the server. When offline, the user will need to wait until they are connected to the server to sync. When the user is offline, some features may be disabled.
An inspection can contain multiple forms in nSPECT depending on the inspection need. The following diagram shows how an inspection is structured in nSPECT
Image AddedThe following are the available tabs within an inspection, Forms, Violations, and Details.
Forms
Select the inspection for from the Forms list.
Image AddedThe first section will open and the list of questions within the first section will appear.
Image AddedAt the bottom of the section there is a button prompting the user to move to the next section.
Image AddedThe Blue Bar at the bottom of the screen is always displayed, this displays the current section. Clicking on the Section name displays the list of forms and sections within the inspection.

Adding an Inspection Form
Click the blue plus sign in the top right corner.
Image AddedChoose the form(s) that will be included in the inspection. Once complete, click the add button on the top right corner.
The selected form(s) will be added to the inspection.

To remove a form from the inspection page, click “…” to the right of the form name.
Image AddedA pop-up window will appear, asking the user if they wish to remove the inspection form. Click Remove Inspection Form to remove the form.
Image AddedRepeating Section
If there is a repeating section, it will have a number next to it indicating how many sections exist.
Image AddedWhen opening the repeating section, to add a new item, click Add New Item.
Image AddedWhen the user adds a new item, a new form will appear, prompting the user to enter the information.
Every time a new repeated section is added, a new form will appear.

The name of a repeating section is based on the contents within the section. For example, the well number. |

When the user saves and returns to the main section, a list of repeating sections appears.
To rearrange the order of the repeating sections, click the blue arrows in the top right corner.
Image AddedTo rearrange the repeating section, the user will need to drag and drop each item. Then click save.
Image AddedDeleting or copying a repeating section
If the user wants to copy or delete a repeating section, they should click “…” on the top right hand corner of the section.
Image AddedA pop-up will appear, prompting the user to copy, delete, or exit out of the repeating section.

After completing the last section of the inspection,
you will see a blue checkmark sayingclick Back to Inspection Detail
. This will take you backto return to the main inspection page.

When the
user completes the form
they can either mark it as complete or request a review. Image Removed, they will click Mark Complete.

checks mark completeclicks Mark Complete, a popup will appear asking the user to confirm. Once confirmed, click Yes, Mark Complete.

If the user sees a cloud next to the inspection, it means that it is offline and needs to be synced, to sync open the inspection and click the cloud icon on the left hand corner and sync. |
View Report

After the current data has been synced with nSPECT, click View Report to download the form.
Image AddedAfter clicking View Report, a new page will appear, prompting the user to download the inspection. Click Download Inspection Report to view a PDF of the inspection.
Image AddedOnce downloaded, click Send to email the inspection to a select individual.
Image AddedAfter the user clicks send, they will need to enter the recipient's email address.
Image AddedAfter the user enters the recipient's email address and clicks send report their email application will open with a PDF of the report attached.
Image AddedAfter the user sends the report, to go back to the inspection main page, click Go back to report or click the blue arrow on the left hand side.

If an error were to occur, the system would generate an error message, and a Windsor Developer would address the issue as soon as possible.

When opening the details section, the user will be able to view the details regarding the inspection.
Note: The details section will only appear when an inspection is online.
Click Edit if any changes are to be made to the inspection details. To save the changes, click Save in the top right corner.

When a violation is present in an inspection, a new tab will appear at the top of the main page called, Violations. The number of violations present will appear in parentheses ().
Image AddedWhen the user opens the Violations tab, a list of known violations will appear.
Image AddedTo view the source of the violation, click the violation.
Image AddedTo add comments, see the date of the violation, capture GPS coordinates, or capture an image, click the plus sign on the right of the question.
