The submission PDF copy of record file name Copy of Record File Name can be configured to present itself in many formats. The default option will name the file to be the available file format options include:

  • Submission Reference Number and the Version

, but the file name can also be configured to show the
  • (default)

  • Form Name + Site Name + Submission Reference Number + Version

, or the
  • Form Name + Submission Reference Number + Version.

Adjusting Submission File Names

Open up the form details pageUnder the Admin Section, click on the Forms tab, select a form, click Open to view the Form Details Page.

  • Under the

form details section
  • Form Details Page, the user will see a

drop down
  • dropdown menu called Submission PDF File Naming Scheme.

Viewing the Submission File Name

Go to the submissions tab.

Open up the submission application details page.

The user will see the submission pdf file name

Once configured, the PDF file generated for newly submitted forms will be generated in the format specified in the form configuration.

If the file format is changed, only new forms submitted will receive the new file format.

To view the PDF for the submitted form:

  • Search for a new submission corresponding to the Form type that was configured.

  • Choose a submission, and open the Submission Application Details Page.
