Users can view and edit details about projects on the Project Activity Details page. As with other functional areas within nVIRO, this page contains tabs for common attributes like workflows and tasks, contacts, and schedules. It also contains a Purchase Orders tab, which is unique to project activities.
Navigation Tabs
The following navigation tabs are available across the top of the page:

Field
Description
Program Area
The program area (e.g., Remediation, Hazardous Waste, Storage Tanks) in which the project activity is organized within nVIRO.
Project Activity Type
The overall project activity type, such as Leaking UST or Brownfields.
Project Activity Category
The specific category of work with which the project activity is concerned, such as Assessment or Monitoring.
Project Activity Description
Brief description of the project activity.
Start Date
The effective start date of the project activity.
End Date
The end date of the project activity. Note that the end date may or may not be available depending on application configuration.
Project Activity Manager Workgroup
The workgroup to which the project activity manager belongs. The workgroup selected in this field determines which users are available for selection in the Project Activity Manager field below.
Project Activity Manager
The project activity manager for this project. The selected project activity manager receives notifications of significant project-related events, such as submitted schedules and workflow task status updates.
Comments
Comments related to the project activity.
Right Sidebar Controls
The following table lists the fields available on the right sidebar.

Status
The current status of the project activity. Schedules associated with the project are not available to external users until the project status is changed to "Active".
Site
The site at which the project activity takes place. The site name listed here is a hyperlink that opens the Site Details page for the site.
Master Project
A link to the Master Project Details page for the master project to which this project activity belongs.
Change or Add New Master Project
Clicking this button opens a panel that allows the user to change the project activity to a different master project. The project activity can be changed to an existing master project or the user can create a new master project.
Opens the Project Activity Edit History panel, which displays an audit trail of the changes that have been made to the project activity. The data logged includes the user that made the changes, when the changes were made, and a listing of the old and new field values.
