Overview
The Permit Details screen allows for viewing and editing a compliance action.
Navigation Tabs
From the Permit Details, the following navigation tabs are available across the top of the page:
Tab Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Details | Displays details of the permit. |
| Documents | Documents related to the permit. |
| Events | Events related to the permit. |
| Contacts | Names, addresses and phone numbers related to the permit. |
| Program Components | Additional data entry fields related to the permit. |
| Schedules | Reporting requirements related to the permit. |
| Features and Limits | Features and Limits for the permit. Note: Tab may only display as Features depending on configuration. |
Annual Billing or Annual Charge | Fee categories and types for annual billing. Explicit charge specification for a fee category, fee type, and billing year. |
| Relations | Relate a permit with a conservation easement or a mitigation site. |
| Related Permits | Relate the permit to another permit for the site. Also, provides the ability to supersede multiple permits when the permit goes into effect |
| Financial Instruments | Create and manage financial instrument associated with the permit. |
Controls
The following table lists the fields available on the Permit Details screen:
Field | Description |

| Alternate Permit Number | Provides an alternative permit number that may be used in addition to the nVIRO permit number (e.g., to relate to external systems). This is optionally available based on permit category configuration. |
| Issue Date | Date the permit is issued. |
| Effective Date | Date the permit goes into effect. |
| Expiration Date | Date the permit is no longer in effect. This is optionally available based on permit category configuration. |
| Terminated / Retired Date | Termination date of the permit. |
| Next Application Due Date | Date when the next application for permit renewal is due. This is optionally available based on permit category configuration. |
| Permit Category | Categorization of the permit as defined by the permit category configuration. |
| Permit Type | Type of permit as defined by permit type configuration. This is displayed if multiple permit types have been configured for the permit category. |
| General Permit | Permit number of the general permit upon which this permit is based. This field is available only if a 'general permit' category has bee selected in the permit category field. |
| Compliance Manager Workgroup | The workgroup to which the compliance manager belongs. The workgroup selected in this field determines which users are available for selection in the compliance manager processor field below. |
| Compliance Manager Processor | The compliance manager for this permit . The selected permit activity manager receives notifications of significant permit-related events, such as submitted schedules and workflow task status updates. |
| Comments | Comments or notes related to the permit. |
| After the Fact Permit | Indicates the permittee was operating without a permit prior to the permit issuance. |
Right Sidebar Controls
The following table lists the fields available on the right sidebar:
Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | The current status of the permit. |
| Update Status | This button invokes a dialog allowing the the status of the permit to be changed. |
| Site | Name and address of the site to which the permit relates. The site name provides a hyperlink to the site record. |
| Site Alerts | Site alerts may appear if there are open permits, expired permits or outstanding fees on the site, or if a manual alert has been set on the site. |
| Permittee | Name and address of the permittee. The permittee name provides a hyperlink to the permittee contact record. |
| Applications/Requests | Provides a link to the application record that initiated the permit creation or modification and displays the status of the application. |
| Other Actions - View Other Versions | Clicking this action provides a list of all other versions of this permit. From the list the any permit version may be opened. |
| Other Actions - View History | Provides an audit listing of changes made to the current permit over time |
| View DMRs | Provides a list of all DMRs for the permit version. |
