This page lets all users:

  • Find and open reports

For authorized users, this page also allow them to:

  • Begin a new report design

  • Create new folders or subfolders

  • Delete a folder or a report

  • Organize, and reorganize reports within folders and sub folders

  • Import a report definition file that was created in another environment

  • Create special ‘configuration’ reports to support APIs, the Data Warehouse, Prefill, Document Generation, Custom Map Layers

  • Set up reports to be distributed via email on a schedule

 

What does Recommended do?

When adding a data source or field, the Recommended check box limits the choices to only those that are applicable based on the other data sources chosen. This avoids a user creating a report that will possible throw an error or return no data. It also makes it easier to select the correct data source, especially when adding Section data sources where there can be many with similar names.
