A report’s results are displayed here as a table

The following actions can be performed on this page

For all users:

  • A report can be viewed, and/or exported to Excel

  • Any combination of columns can be used to sort the results

  • A search term can be entered in the top search box to filter all rows that contain that text

  • The data can be further filtered of values that exist in specific columns (e.g. City = London)

  • A copy of the report can be save to the user’s My Reports folder, so they can customize for their needs

For authorized users:

  • An existing shared report can be modified

  • Advanced (boolean) filters can be defined

  • Calculated columns can be added

  • Column names can be modified
