Document Editor (AceOffix) Installation - Install, Upgrade, Troubleshooting
When accessing a Microsoft Word document for the first time within nVIRO, you will be prompted to install the AceOffix plug-in on your computer. This provides the capability for in-browser editing of documents within the system.Â
Below are the steps to install the plug-in.
Prerequisite
Note that Microsoft Word must be installed on your computer.Â
Also, AceOffix will not function properly if two versions of Microsoft Word are installed on your computer. If that is the case, one version must be uninstalled. Also, if the plug-in was previously installed, it may need to be uninstalled and re-installed.
