Shared Attributes are common types of data that are managed in a common manner across various functional areas.

nVIRO Shared Attributes include the following:

Shared Attribute	Description
Workflow and Tasks	Tracking of activities and steps needed to complete a business process
Contacts	People, organizations and related addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses
Documents	Files that have been generated or uploaded by an agency user or received electronically from an external user
Events	Things that have occurred such as a phone call, meeting, or correspondence
Program Components	Extensible, user-defined data entry forms used for additional data capture needs
