Working with Financial Assurances
Searching Financial Assurances
The Financial Assurance module must be enabled for financial assurance information to appear.
Financial Assurance records may be searched from the Global Search, or, when viewing a site, from the Site Navigation Menu.
Search Financial Assurances from the Global Search
From the Global Search Search by Topic, click on Financial Assurance to display the Financial Assurance Search page.
The Financial Assurance List page is displayed. Use the column headings to sort and filter for financial assurance records.
Click the Open button to view or edit the Financial Assurance Details for the selected record.
Searching Financial Assurance from the Site Navigation Menu
When viewing a site, click the Financial Assurance option in the navigation menu to view the financial assurance records for a selected site. Click the Open button on any row to view the Financial Assurance Details.
Creating a New Financial Assurance Record
Financial Assurance information can be added up to three contexts:
Add to a specific Permit. This must be enabled as a Permit Category configuration setting.
Add to a specific Compliance Action.
Add directly to a Site from the Site Financial Assurance List screen, if the system has been configured to allow this using a global deployment setting.
To Create a new Financial Assurance record, navigate to the Financial Assurances Tab of the correlating record:
Click Add Assurance and input fields as applicable:
Financial Assurance Permissions
The ability to edit financial assurance information is limited to users who belong to one or more Security Groups containing the “Financial Assurance - Manager” role.
