User Notifications

Overview

The User Notifications page lists notifications that have been sent from nVIRO and users to whom the notifications were sent.

This page discusses the User Notifications search page. For information about the Notifications page, where notifications are received, see the Notifications page.

Searching User Notifications

To view the user notification list, navigate to Admin > User Notifications.

The search box at the top of the User Notifications page supports multiple search criteria, including recipient, subject, date range, and system action. Users can also opt to only search notifications sent in the last two days or notifications with errors.

Notifications are displayed based on the entered search criteria. Use the sort buttons or filters at the top of each column to locate a specific notification. When using a filter, the list dynamically updates to display all notifications that match the entered value.

Viewing User Notification Details

To view a notification’s details, click the Open button on the notification row. This opens a panel on the right side of the page with the notification subject, recipient, creation date, content, and source system action.

Click the Close button to return to the list.

Exporting User Notifications

The User Notifications page also supports exporting list items in .csv format. The exported file can be opened in Microsoft Excel.

To export the list data:

  • Use search criteria to refine the list.

  • Click the Export List button next to the page title. This exports the list as a CSV file to the browser’s default download location (typically the device’s local “Downloads” folder).
