Bulk User Reassignment

Overview

Internal users with correlating permissions may reassign record processors and workflow tasks. Authorized users may perform a search on user, program area, county, and functional area. Matching functional area records, tasks, and schedules are displayed and may be selected for reassignment to a new workgroup and user.

Bulk Reassignment from the Admin Menu

The Bulk User Reassignment page can be found on the left-hand pane of the Admin menu. Upon navigating the page, a system user must be input into the drop-down menu to return a base list of items for reassignment. The returned list can be further filtered by program area, county, functional area, source number, and site name:

Once the list has been filtered as desired and applicable items have been selected for reassignment, click the Reassign button. In the resulting menu, select the Workgroup and correlating user to which the item will be assigned, and again click the Reassign button:

Note:

  • If there are any Permits being reassigned, the Permit Agency Contact may also be optionally reassigned by checking the Permit Agency Contact (if applicable) box.

  • If there are any Site being reassigned, the newly selected user will get added as a Site Manager but the existing Site Managers will be retained.

Exporting to Excel

The filtered reassignment list may be exported to Excel by clicking the Export to Excel button:
