Bulk User Reassignment
Overview
Authorized internal users can search by user, program area, county, or functional area, and reassign matching records, tasks, and schedules to a new workgroup or user.
Bulk Reassigning Items
To reassign items to a new workgroup or user:
Navigate to Admin > User Bulk Reassignment.
On the Reassign User Tasks page, enter a user’s name in the dropdown search to view their assigned items. Choose or enter a program area, county, functional area, source number, or site name to narrow the results.
Select the checkbox next to each item to be reassigned, then click the Reassign button.
When prompted, select the workgroup and user to which the item will be reassigned and the level of reassignment (primary assignee or permit agency contact).
Review the list of items to confirm, then click the Reassign button again to complete the process.
For any permits being reassigned, selecting the Permit Agency Contact (if applicable) checkbox changes the permit agency contact.
For any sites being reassigned, the new assignee will be added as a site manager. Existing site managers will remain unchanged.
