External Pages

  • Summary Page Enhancements. Enhanced document views to display additional document information and include linked documents.

Document Templates

  • Auto Link Submission Document to Permit. Added ability for documents to automatically link to linked permits at time of document generation.

  • Prepend Record ID in Doc Name. Added ability to configure generated document names to prepend the record identifier (e.g., Submission Number, Permit Number) as the first part of the generated document name.

My Tasks

  • Environmental Project Information. Environmental Project specific fields may now be selected for display on the My Tasks page.

Submissions

  • Multiple Fee Line Items. Added the ability to configure multiple line items (Fee Types and Amounts) for a Submission Fee. Each charge item in a submission is passed to the Payment Processor and the user can make a single payment against those charges, provided the payment processor interface supports multiple line items.

Compliance Actions

  • Copy Component on Supersede Action. Added option to select components to be copied from the originating Compliance Action when superseding.

Navigation

  • Notification Alert Charm. The notification alert charm has been enhanced to indicate if there are unread notifications.

Administration

  • Program Area external (Home Page) descriptions, Alert Subscriptions may be modified by administrators.

  • System Actions / Notifications. System actions may be triggered based on User Last Login Date.

  • Automatic Inactivation of Users. Implemented option to automatically inactivate user accounts that have been inactive for a specified number of days.

  • New Document Type Lookup. Classification of Document Categories may now be further broken down into Document Types. This was added to support integration with specific Content Management systems.

nFORM / nFORM Integration

  • New Form Designer. The form designer has been totally overhauled for improved user experience, efficiency and productivity.

nSPECT

  • New version of nSPECT Downloadable Application. A new version of the nSPECT application is developed with support for iOS, Android and Windows.

nSITE Explorer

  • New Version of nSITE Explorer. A new version of nSITE Explorer is developed with multiple enhancements including the ability to configure detail tab data displays (as single records or lists).
