Portfolios
Overview
Portfolios are used to group related sites, persons, and organizations (“sites”). The relationships that define a portfolio are determined by the implementing agency. For example, portfolios could be used to represent shared ownership or a common operator. Portfolios summarize alerts across the entities within them. These may include outstanding balances, expired permits, or compliance actions.
If a site is part of a portfolio, the portfolio information will appear on the sidebar of the following pages:
Site Details
Permit Details
Submission Details
Evaluation Details
Compliance Action Details
The sidebar will display the portfolio name, a link to the Portfolio Details page, and a count of alerts associated with the portfolio.
A site can only belong to one portfolio. It a site is added to a portfolio, it will automatically be removed from any other portfolio to which it belongs.
